- 1 lb ground chicken
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped

- 1 tsp dried mint
- 1 large egg

- Salt & pepper, to taste
For Serving:
- ¼ cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Meatball Mixture
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, red onion, garlic, oregano, parsley, mint, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Shape the Meatballs
- Form mixture into 1 to 1½-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Bake the Meatballs
- Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
4. Serve and Enjoy
- Serve warm with tzatziki sauce.
- Pair with pita bread, salad, or rice for a complete meal.
