Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, red onion, garlic, oregano, parsley, mint, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.

2. Shape the Meatballs

  • Form mixture into 1 to 1½-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3. Bake the Meatballs

  • Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

  • Serve warm with tzatziki sauce.
