Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add garlic, red bell pepper, and carrot. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and cooked noodles. Toss until well combined.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve warm.
