Ingredients

For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground turkey

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

Salt, to taste

For the Sauce:

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  3. Roll mixture into evenly sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F/74°C).

  5. While the meatballs bake, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

  6. Toss the baked meatballs in the warm sauce until evenly coated.

  7. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
