Ingredients
For the Brown Sugar Syrup:

- ½ cup water
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
For the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso:
- ½ cup strong coffee or espresso
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar syrup
- ¼ cup oat milk
- Ice cubes
- Ground cinnamon for dusting (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Brown Sugar Syrup
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until the sugar fully dissolves and the mixture slightly thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
2. Assemble the Drink
- Fill a mason jar or cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Pour in the espresso or strong coffee and add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar syrup.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until frothy and well-chilled.
3. Serve & Enjoy
- Fill a glass with fresh ice and pour the shaken coffee over it.
- Top with oat milk and lightly dust with ground cinnamon if desired.
- Stir and enjoy immediately!
