These Pecan Pie Brownie Bites are the ultimate bite-sized dessert, combining the rich fudginess of brownies with the gooey, nutty crunch of pecan pie. Easy to make and packed with flavor, these mini treats are perfect for holiday gatherings, parties, or whenever you’re craving something sweet. With chocolatey brownie batter and a pecan pie topping, they offer a deliciously indulgent experience in every bite!

  • Total Time: 32 minutes
  • Yield: 24 bites

Ingredients

1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients to prepare, typically eggs, oil, and water)

½ cup chopped pecans

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons corn syrup

1 tablespoon melted butter

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.

  • Prepare the Brownie Batter: Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions.

  • Fill the Muffin Tin: Spoon the brownie batter into the mini muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

  • Make the Pecan Topping: In a small bowl, mix the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is well combined.

  • Top the Brownies: Spoon a small amount of the pecan mixture on top of each brownie cup, pressing it gently into the batter.

  • Bake: Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the brownie bites are set and slightly domed on top. The center should be firm to the touch, and a toothpick inserted should come out mostly clean.

  • Cool and Serve: Let the brownie bites cool in the pan before removing them. They will firm up as they cool, making them easier to remove. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Variations: Swap pecans for walnuts, almonds, or other nuts for a nutty twist. Add chocolate chips to the batter for extra chocolate flavor, or drizzle with caramel sauce for added indulgence.

  • Storage: Store these brownie bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. You can refrigerate them for up to a week or freeze them for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
