Ingredients

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon cornmeal (for dusting)

Instructions

    1. In a small bowl, dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

    2. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until dough forms.

    3. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
