Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp blue curaçao syrup (non-caffeinated)
- 1 tbsp grenadine
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup cranberry juice
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple wedge or cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add coconut water, blue curaçao syrup, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. Shake well until chilled.
- Pour the grenadine into the bottom of a glass.
- Slowly pour the shaken mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a layered effect.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- To achieve the perfect layered effect, always pour the grenadine first and slowly add the mixed ingredients.
- For a less sweet version, use unsweetened cranberry juice or reduce the grenadine.
- Add a splash of sparkling water or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy twist.
