Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef for 5–7 minutes, breaking it up as it browns.
- Add broccoli florets and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5–7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream and half the cheese. Stir until cheese melts and everything is coated.
- Top with the remaining cheese, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen broccoli depending on your preference.
- Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.
- For added spice, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
