Ingredients
3 tbsp butter
1 package mini marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 tsp lime zest
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions

In a large pot, melt the butter and mini marshmallows over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and completely melted.

Remove the pot from heat and stir in the lime juice and lime zest until well combined.

Add the Rice Krispies cereal and stir to coat evenly with the marshmallow mixture.

Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan, using a spatula or your hands to press it down firmly.

Allow the mixture to cool completely before cutting it into squares.

(Optional) Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the cooled bars for a sweet finish.

Chocolate Drizzle: For a twist, drizzle dark or milk chocolate over the bars instead of white chocolate.
