Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or lamb

1 onion, grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon allspice

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground meat, grated onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into long, oval-shaped kebabs.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
