Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups spinach, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F). Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add chopped spinach and sauté for 1–2 minutes until wilted.

Stir in feta cheese and lemon juice. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until heated through.

Return chicken to the skillet and spoon spinach-feta mixture on top.

Serve hot and enjoy!
