Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cups spinach, chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F). Remove from skillet and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add chopped spinach and sauté for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
