Instructions

1. Blend the Base

  • In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, strawberries, erythritol, vanilla extract, and lemon juice (if using).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Whip the Cream

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.

3. Combine & Chill
