Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 (9–12 oz) package cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Stir in garlic powder, red pepper flakes, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.

Add cooked tortellini and Parmesan cheese. Stir to coat and heat through for another 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
