- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
