Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
 - 1 avocado, diced
 - 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
 - 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
 - 2 tomatoes, diced
 - 1/4 cup lime juice
 - 1/2 cup ketchup
 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- 
Prepare the Shrimp:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, diced cucumber, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and tomatoes. - 
Make the Dressing:
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, ketchup, hot sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth. - 
Toss the Cocktail:
Pour the dressing over the shrimp mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly. - 
Serve and Garnish:
Serve the shrimp cocktail chilled, garnished with extra cilantro and lime wedges on the side for added flavor. 
Notes
- Spicy Kick: Add more hot sauce or a finely chopped jalapeño for extra heat.
 - Make It Creamy: Stir in a tablespoon or two of sour cream or Greek yogurt for a creamy variation.
 - Avocado-Free: If you’re not a fan of avocado, leave it out and use extra cucumber or tomatoes for added crunch.
