Million Dollar Ravioli Lasagna combines the indulgence of classic lasagna with the convenience of frozen ravioli. Layers of rich marinara sauce, creamy cheese, and savory ground beef come together to create a decadent, easy-to-make dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings. With minimal prep time and maximum flavor, this lasagna is a luxurious twist on a comfort food favorite.

  • Total Time: 55 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

25 oz frozen cheese ravioli

1 lb ground beef

1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella

½ cup Parmesan cheese

1 egg

Italian seasoning, salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the marinara sauce. Simmer for a few minutes to combine the flavors.

  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.

  • In a baking dish, spread a layer of the beef and marinara sauce mixture. Top with a layer of frozen ravioli, followed by a layer of the cheese mixture and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella. Repeat the layers until you’ve used up all the ingredients, finishing with a layer of mozzarella on top.

  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the lasagna is heated through.

  • Let the lasagna sit for 5 minutes before serving, then enjoy your indulgent, cheesy masterpiece!

Notes

  • Variations:

    • Vegetarian Version: Skip the ground beef and add sautéed vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini for a hearty meatless option.

    • Spicy Kick: Add red pepper flakes to the marinara sauce or sprinkle some on top for a little heat.

    • Cheesy Extra: Add extra layers of cheese, such as provolone or gouda, for an even more indulgent dish.

    • Different Ravioli: Try using spinach and ricotta or meat-filled ravioli for a different flavor profile.

  • Storage/Reheating: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, or microwave individual portions until heated through. You can also freeze the lasagna for up to 2 months. When ready to eat, thaw overnight in the fridge and reheat as usual.
