Satisfy your sweet tooth with Moose Tracks Protein Ice Cream, a high-protein, guilt-free dessert featuring creamy vanilla, dark chocolate drizzle, and mini Reese’s. Perfect for a healthy treat, it’s customizable, easy to make, and absolutely delicious.

  • Total Time: 24 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fairlife skim milk
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons mini Reese’s peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture:
    • In a mixing bowl, whisk together Fairlife milk, almond milk, protein powder, pudding mix, monk fruit sweetener, and salt until smooth.
  2. Freeze:
    • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover tightly, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Process the Ice Cream:
    • Let the frozen mixture soften at room temperature for 5–10 minutes. Blend in a blender or food processor until creamy.
  4. Add Mix-Ins:
    • Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
    • Drizzle the melted chocolate into the ice cream and add the mini Reese’s. Pulse the blender a few times to incorporate.
  5. Serve or Freeze:
    • Serve immediately for soft-serve consistency, or return to the freezer for a firmer texture.

Notes

  • Use Fairlife milk for higher protein content and creaminess.
  • For a keto-friendly option, use keto thickeners and sugar-free chocolate chips.
  • Let the ice cream sit for a few minutes before scooping if it becomes too firm.
