No-Bake Brownie Protein Bites are the perfect sweet treat to fuel your body and satisfy your cravings. Packed with protein from cottage cheese and chocolate protein powder, these rich, chocolatey bites are ideal for post-workout recovery or a healthy snack. With just a handful of ingredients and no baking required, they’re quick, easy, and deliciously nutritious.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 10 bites

Ingredients

½ cup cottage cheese

⅓ cup cocoa powder

⅓ cup chocolate protein powder

¼ cup almond butter

2 tbsp maple syrup

¼ cup oat flour

Pinch of salt

Mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and thick. The mixture should hold together well without being too runny.

  • Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.

  • Place the balls on a tray or plate and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.

  • Once chilled, enjoy your brownie protein bites! You can also store them in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze them for longer storage.

Notes

  • Variations:

    • Vegan Version: Swap the cottage cheese for a plant-based protein powder and use dairy-free yogurt or tofu for the creamy base.

    • Nut-Free: Use sunflower seed butter or tahini in place of almond butter to make the bites nut-free.

    • Extra Crunch: Add chopped nuts or seeds for some crunch in every bite.

    • Peanut Butter Flavor: Substitute almond butter with peanut butter for a different nutty taste.

    • Mint Chocolate: Add a few drops of mint extract to the mixture for a mint chocolate protein bite.

  • Storage/Reheating: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze them for up to a month. To enjoy, simply remove from the fridge or freezer—no reheating necessary!
