- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional, for extra creaminess)
Instructions
1. Blend the Base
- In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, and peanut butter (if using) until smooth.
2. Form the Dough
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- Stir in cocoa powder, almond flour, and protein powder until a thick dough forms.
3. Add Chocolate Chips
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
4. Roll into Bites
- Use your hands to roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1-inch in diameter).
5. Chill & Serve
- Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy immediately or store for later!
