Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients, then fold in the raisins.
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the bars cool before cutting into squares.
