Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup orzo pasta

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink. Remove shrimp from the pot and set aside.

Season with dried basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
