- 1 ½ cups cold milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Prepare the Pudding: In a bowl, whisk the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until fully combined. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set.
- Make the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Layer the Pie: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the Oreo pie crust. Add the chocolate pudding layer on top and smooth it out evenly.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle crushed Oreos over the top. Pipe extra whipped topping around the edges and garnish with whole Oreos.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to firm up before serving.
