Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Romaine lettuce leaves, for wrapping
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, and sesame oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the chicken.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions and cilantro.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and wrap them up. Serve immediately.
