Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Chicken: In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then coat in the mixture.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Bake: Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Serve: Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the crispy chicken and enjoy!
