Ingredients

For the Apple Base:

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a small baking dish with coconut oil or butter.

2️⃣ Mix the Apples

  • Toss sliced apples with honey/maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  • Transfer to the baking dish.

3️⃣ Make the Protein Crumble

  • In a separate bowl, mix oats, almond flour, protein powder, coconut sugar, and salt.
  • Stir in melted coconut oil until crumbly.
