Ingredients
For the rolls:
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, 17.3 ounces each
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 – 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar (130 grams)
- 1 teaspoon maple flavoring or vanilla extract
- 3–5 tablespoons heavy cream or whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375º Fahrenheit. Line a 12×17 baking pan with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.
- Prepare the pastry: Unwrap the pastry sheets and let them thaw. Spread butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on each sheet. Roll them up and cut into 12 rolls.
- Bake: Place the rolls on the baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the glaze: Mix powdered sugar, maple flavoring, and heavy cream until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
- Serve: Best served immediately.
