Ingredients
1 box red velvet cake mix
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish. 
- 
In a large bowl, mix together red velvet cake mix, melted butter, milk, and eggs until well combined. 
- 
Fold in white chocolate chips until evenly distributed. 
- 
Spread the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. 
- 
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 
- 
Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.

For a cheesecake twist, swirl sweetened cream cheese into the top before baking.
