Ingredients
For the Chicken Marinade:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon chili sauce
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 
For the Ramen:
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 2 cups chicken broth
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - Sliced green onions, for garnish
 
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey.
 - Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
 
 - Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
 - Add marinated chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
 
 - Prepare the Garlic Sauce:
- Add minced garlic and paprika to the pot with the chicken.
 - Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
 - Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil, scraping up browned bits.
 
 - Cook the Noodles:
- Add ramen noodles to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions.
 
 - Finish with Cream:
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, and simmer for 5 minutes.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 
 - Serve:
- Divide ramen and chicken into bowls.
 - Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
 
 
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, use tofu or mushrooms and substitute chicken broth with vegetable broth.
 - To make it dairy-free, use coconut milk or a plant-based cream alternative.
 - Adjust spice levels by using less chili sauce or adding more for extra heat.
