Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form Crisps: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Flatten each slightly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Top with Cheddar: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each portion.
  5. Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Cool & Serve: Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy
