Ingredients
For the Beef Marinade:
- 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Sauce:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
For the Noodles:
- 8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

Marinate the Beef:
- In a bowl, toss sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable oil.
- Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Cook the Noodles:
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain and toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.

Stir-Fry the Beef:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Remove and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
- In the same skillet, add bell pepper and broccoli.
- Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Combine Everything:
- Return beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce.
- Stir-fry for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked noodles and toss until well coated.

Serve & Garnish:
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or sriracha.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute beef with tofu or mushrooms.
- For extra crunch, top with crushed peanuts or cashews.
- To prevent sticky noodles, toss them with sesame oil after cooking.
