Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
- Add the Sauce: Pour the honey sauce over the chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot with rice or veggies.
