Ingredients
For the Brownies:
- 1 box (18.5 oz) brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
 - 2 large eggs
 - ¼ cup vegetable oil
 - ¼ cup water
 
For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:
- ½ cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
 - 1 cup crushed golden Oreos
 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
 
Optional Topping:
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
 
Instructions
1. Prepare the Brownie Batter
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
 - Prepare the brownie batter according to package instructions, mixing the eggs, oil, and water until smooth.
 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
 
2. Make the Strawberry Crunch Topping
- In a bowl, mix together the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, crushed golden Oreos, and melted butter.
 - Stir until the mixture becomes crumbly and well combined.
 
3. Assemble & Bake
- Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping evenly over the brownie batter.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean but the brownies remain moist.
 
4. Optional White Chocolate Drizzle
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle white chocolate chips on top to let them slightly melt.
 
5. Cool & Serve
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
