Instructions
1. Prepare the Mixture:
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
2. Portion Out Bites:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the sheet, shaping them into small rounds.
3. Optional Add-Ons:

4. Freeze:
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are firm.
