Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 
Preheat the Oven: 
 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 
Brown the Beef: 
 In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
- 
Sauté the Onion: 
 Add the chopped onion to the skillet with the beef and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 
Add Vegetables & Potatoes: 
 Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and diced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Then, mix in the cream of mushroom soup until everything is well combined.
- 
Assemble & Bake: 
 Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
- 
Add Cheese (Optional): 
 If using cheese, remove the foil and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Serve:
