1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups spinach, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
