Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Combine the ingredients: In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, Greek yogurt, eggs, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and serve.
