- 8 egg roll wrappers

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and granulated sugar.
- Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Stir in vanilla extract and combine well.

- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface, with one corner pointing towards you.
