Instructions
- Prepare the Apples: Wash, core, and dice the Granny Smith apples. Toss them with lemon juice to prevent browning, and transfer to a large mixing or serving bowl.
- Chop the Snickers: Cut the Snickers bars into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl of apples.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Gradually add powdered sugar and cornstarch, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form—this takes about 5 minutes.
- Combine the Salad: Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the bowl with apples and Snickers. Toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the salad until you’re ready to serve. Before serving, drizzle with caramel topping if desired. Enjoy!

- Cut up extra Snickers bars and apples to use as toppings for extra crunch and flavor.
- Purchase 6–8 full-size Snickers bars in case you want more pieces or extra garnish.
