- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
Step 2: Whisk the Eggs
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Step 3: Mix in Cheese & Spinach
Stir in cottage cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan until well combined.
Step 4: Bake
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Step 5: Cool & Serve
Let the quiche cool slightly before slicing and serving.
