Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Skillet
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
Step 2: Fry the Eggs
- Crack an egg into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the white is set but the yolk is slightly runny.
- Remove the first egg and repeat with the second egg.
Step 3: Assemble the Quesadilla
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over it.
- Add the fried eggs to the tortilla, along with any optional ingredients like sliced avocado.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover with the second tortilla.

- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese inside.

- Slice the quesadilla into wedges and serve warm with salsa, sour cream, or fresh herbs.
